Monday, May 25, 2015 in Lee’s Summit, MO.  She was born December 24, 1948 in Carrollton, MO to John and Rosemary (Schreiner) Dobson.  Mary Carol was united in marriage to LeRoy B. Schriefer in Lexington, MO and he survives of the home.  She spent 40 years in mortgage banking with Bank of America, US Bank, and other small community banks.  More…

Clint Jacoby Reno, 19, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Monday, May 18, 2015 in Independence, MO from injuries sustained in a car accident.  Clint was born August 27, 1995 in Kansas City, MO to Jason and Christa (Shear) Reno.  He was a 2014 graduate of Blue Springs High School, and a member of First Baptist Church of Blue Springs. James Robert Branham, 66, of Blue Springs, MO passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Vitas Research Hospice Center.  He was born on July 23, 1948 in Springfield, MO to Charles and Lillian (Templeton) Branham, Jr.  On June 28, 1975 he was united in marriage to Nicolette (Langdon) Branham, and she survives of the home.  James received his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education at UMKC.  He retired from the US Naval Reserves with 20 years of service, and he also retired as a Computer Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Joan Riddell, 79, of Grain Valley, MO passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015.  She was born on October 13, 1935 in Willard, MO to Phillip and Lila (Hartsell) Rountree.

Joan worked in clerical positions for Hallmark for several years eventually retiring. She was a very active member of the First Baptist Church of Grain Valley.  She enjoyed quilting with the people at church.  She was selfless, kind, and loving.  Joan was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.  More…

Richard C. Farr, 77, a resident of Blue Springs, MO passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 at St. Mary’s Manor.  No services are planned at this time.

Richard was born April 18, 1938 in Menominee, MI the son of Clyde and Lucille (Southworth) Farr.  On August 7, 1964 he married Lea A. (Marthaler) Farr who survives of the home.  He attained his Bachelors of Science in Business Degree from the University of Wisconsin and was a retail manager for the K-Mart Corporation retiring after thirty-five years of service in 1995.  More…

Wayne was born November 1, 1941 in Morgan County, MO to Harvey and Francis (Cramer) Richardson.
